摘要: 传统感性工学(kansei engineering,KE)使用的形态学图表法(morphological charts,MC)聚焦于形态“轮廓”变量以及各产品构件拆解,造成一维变量表达的研究结果在外观感性设计阶段价值微弱.以“造型特征”取代“产品构件”为解构原则,融入认知科学、形态学观点,丰富“外观层面”特征解析要素.除视觉认知的“外观层面”外,融入“使用交互”及“文化象征”层次,且提出一种多感官通道的多维度的特征解析步骤,更符合造型设计规律.结合空气净化器产品案例验证该方法的具体使用过程,确保KE模型更可靠.

Abstract: In the light of the situation that former kansei engineering(KE) model tends to be one-dimensional variables in expression which causes low practical value, this paper proposes to construct KE model with multi-dimensional variables in expression. Guided by cognition and morphology theory, a product deconstruction method was proposed to obtain multi-dimensional design elements. Taking morphological characteristics as a breakthrough point instead of product parts as extraction principle, the feature deconstruction framework was proposed which induced by appearance, operation and cultural symbol three levels. A morphological characteristics procedure of deconstruction was analyzed, to validate the performance of the KE model, by taking air cleaner as an example.
